@@henryjones2766 Among my favorite superhero movies is Avengers: Infinity War, and that movie doesn't have the problem you brought up. If anything, it really carefully considers everyone's powers. People CLAIM that Vision's powers got nerfed for getting stabbed, but he wasnt. When Corvus Glaive uses his staff to stab Vision, it disrupts his ability to function fully. The tool he uses is called “the Glaive” and it uses a combination of magic and technology. Vibranium may be powerfully strong, but there are still forces in the cosmos that can penetrate it. Glaive’s staff possesses such power. It is designed to cut through literally anything. Sure, Vibranium is the strongest metal on earth, but not in the galaxy of the MCU. More than likely, Uru metal surpasses it. So, again... you're cherry-picking. And of all things, you pick a shitty CW show, INFAMOUS for their bad soap opera-like writing.

As a comic fan, I've always enjoyed seeing my favorite characters being on the big screen but lately, it has become exhausting. And honestly, if we keep making movies on every single superhero, we'd be at this for the next 50 years. But I slightly disagree on superheros being boring. Yes, there are ones like Superman but just because a character has powers, it doesn't mean they can't have struggles. Spiderman is a prime example because he wasn't just a guy with powers, he was a kid with powers. Imagine living your teens years but you also have to be the hero 24/7. Yikes.

Most super heroes are boring. The reason being that they're super strong with their super power and they have boring personalities. Good heroes in my opinion don't need super powers and if they do then they should at least be interesting. Some good examples of these heroes are Chuck Bartowski (Chuck), Doom guy, The 6 million dollar man, Brian Finch (limitless), Sam Oliver (Reaper), the reason being that they have physical limitations. You can give a super hero all the psychological limitations, but without any physical limits it causes the super hero to be boring because he's still all powerful.
