Read a beautiful epitaph to Iohan the other day. So who is this guy I thought?. It brought me to his channel, and well, what a revelation he was. I lost a great friend many years ago to similar demons and this brought it all back. The world is a poorer place without them both. RIP, Iohan, we at least can still share you for a while. Thankyou.

BTW, when you read "Torres del Paine" that is a mistake. Those mountains in Argentina are: Cerro Torre and Cerro Fitz Roy respectively (depending which one he is looking at). Torres del Paine are located in Chile.

A commentary to Johan's death: I was only enchanted by the beauty of his videos and his deep spirit. How could I miss the person and what he suffered? How could I not hear the shadow of Aussangate as a real shadow? I don't know about sleep apnoe, but feel he felt unoccuppied after these great adventures. He didnt know how to go on. Is it real, that Johan died or is it "just" another life? Johan made jockes, but not of this kind! I followed every second of your spectacular journeys! May he be still alife?
