I just love these little nods to the books.

What the fuck happened in the translation. In orginal polish version she literally had no clue Iorweth was in love with her. She thought he fights alongside her only due to Scoia'tael's case. When Geralt informs her about it, the dialogue suggests that Iorweth and Saskia really got in a relationship off-screen: Geralt: Come on, don't tell me you really didn't notice how Iorweth behaves around you. He would do everything for you. Saskia: You speak for real? Well. Actually I need a man for myself anyway. TRANSLATOR DUDE, YOU HAD KURWA ONE JOB.

It's a completely different experience. Highly recommend playing it. Iorveth's path was fleshed out the most and had a lot more time for development and much more story to explore. Roche's is more... combat-oriented and was rushed in the making. For people who plan on playing twice to get the full story and experience, Roche is best to do first because it really leaves you in the dark. You don't know what's going on in the background. Iorveth's basically explains everything that is happening and has a lot more intrigue.

Well, that have some sense (personally I would gladly do Saskia myself), but if to look at this matter unbiased: she is a dragon, that means she's actually a cold-blooded reptile which is several millenia years old. Dex4Sure yeah i love a skill system where i constantly level without anything to put points into or even engage with the system at all. genius. yeah the combats way better how even on death march just alternating between mashing quick attack or dodge is a solid grade A strategy for the majority of enemies, which is especially interesting once you've wildly overleveled the story by doing a handful of sidequests.

Dex4Sure uh, couldnt really spam in witcher 2. because there's a mechanic that existed in two which was removed in three. It's the reason you can just mash quick attack and spam dodge eternally in 3, which was a quick way to die in 2. i'm like legit curious whether you're misremembering TW2 or haven't played it

Dex4Sure I dunno, I feel the ability to frantically shove roast chickens down my throat while enjoying constant dodge invincibility frames and less demanding vigor management makes Witcher 3 an actual mash fest. I don't recall being able to just faceroll my way through every encounter in TW2, and actually remember the first 2/3rds of that game being notoriously challenging.

To all those fighting in comments about mistranslation from Polish into English version. I think there is a simple reasonable solution to that. It's just... "Polish dragons" don't fuck dwarves, but "English dragons" do fuck dwarves... easy, guys... ^_^ PS. Though we yet have to uncover do English dragons fuck only English dwarves or Polish dwarves as well... and if English dragons fuck Polish dwarves we should talk to them to stop doing that...

the perk is to prevent a worldwide witch hunt from happening p/s after Witcher 3 released: apparently, save import doesn't matter in TW3, witch hunt still happened even if you saved Triss, Temeria still torned to shit. it's a great game and all, but the fact that none of your choices matter is very disappointing (except you get to meet some old characters)
