iOS 17 Face ID Fix: Move a little lower or upper issues | Can't set up FaceID on iPhone?

When I try to get into the frame it doesn’t give me that circle thing, it just keeps telling me move higher or lower. (This is when I setup the Face ID)

Hey I had same issue , I got solved with hard turn Off your phone(volume up , volume down plus power off )button together . Then again restart your phone . It worked for me . Might be work for you .

Hey i tried eveything update ios 18 and resent setting and cover remove switch off-on phone all the settings bt still my face id not recognized still it shows uper lower position 😢

Hi, in fact I have a problem with Face ID with the latest update 17.5.1, every now and then it recognizes my face 1 out of 20 every time I try to restore everything but it works for a while and then it doesn't recognize me anymore what should I do ? With the update that will be released, could it possibly work again?

I followed so many videos and doesn’t work. After i read one comment say remove your protector . And yes it work. Remove your phone protector

Hello fellas , I got same problem I tried everything , the problem is not in phone , it’s on the cover nylon that block the front cam remove it a bit and do the face scan you done ❤
