It's not available in the European Union at all. There is a list of the countries / territories that it's not available for on the Apple website. As it's not legal to do in certain countries then this is why it's not available.

I changed my iPhone 13 Pro Max battery from a 3rd party store with a brand new battery and it didn’t show the battery health percentage in iOS 18 but now it’s showing the battery heath percentage at 100% in battery settings after downloading iOS 18.1 beta 4 also True Tone and auto brightness works now with a 3rd party screen change on iOS 18.1 beta 4

This worked for both outgoing and incoming calls on my Iphone 13 with the Bata Upgrade. I tested by calling out to my alternate IPhone and calling in from my alternate Iphone. I also tested both Incoming and Outgoing calls to and from VOIP/Vonage. And I even went as far as testing from incoming/outgoing from a good old fashion land line. The transcript conversion was excellent. The only scenario I was not able to test was Iphone to Android. It appears that all my other apps are working just fine.

Take this at your own risk so you can sign up for the Apple beta software program, but you’re only get the public beta versions which is a day or two after the developer beta so if you wanna get it right now, you had to sign up in the Apple developer program website be warned once you sign up you cannot sign out if you want to unroll the developer program
