I was having issues with overheating and horrible battery life. Amongst other things… I backed up my phone and did a full restore… And it works freaking perfect…(Batteriy life still kind of sucks). Back up and just restore right from your phone… You’ll be amazed at the difference….

I had that same thing on my iPhone 13 with iOS 18 developer beta 1 (the one released back in June 10th), and my phone kept lagging at times too. It was so bad I had to downgrade to ios 17, and I updated to ios 18 later again when those issues were fixed
