Super. அரிசி உப்புமா (புளிமாவு) முதலில் பச்சரிசி புழுங்காரிசி தலா 1 டம்ளர் எடுத்து 3 மணிநேரம் ஊற வைத்து அதில் 1/2 மூடி தேங்காய் வரமிளகாய் 7 புளி நெல்லிக்காய் அளவு பெருங்காயத்தூள் சிறிது உப்பு கொஞ்சம் சுவைக்கு வெல்லம் சிறிது சேர்த்து ரவை பதத்திற்கு அரைத்து இட்லியாக ஊற்றி வெந்ததும் அதை சிறிது ஆற விட்டு சின்ன சின்ன துண்டுகளாக ஆக்கி மிக்சி கப்பில் 1/2 ஸ்பூன் எண்ணெய் விட்டு கப்பில் தேய்த்து கொஞ்சம் புளிமா துண்டுகளை அதில் போட்டு விப்பரில் 2 அடி அடித்தால் ரவை போன்று வரும் அந்த ரவையை ஒரு வாணலியில் சிறிது எண்ணெய் விட்டு கடுகு காய்ந்த மிளகாய் ரெண்டு கொஞ்சம் உளுந்து கருவேப்பிலை தாளித்து மிக்சியில் அடித்த ரவையை போட்டு 5 நிமிடம் சிறு தீயில் வைத்து தாளித்தால் புளி உப்புமா ரெடி.

Very hardworking ladies Rajalakshmi and Subbulakshmi at Pollachi who are running a cart-restaurant stall on the street corner since 1979. We have to appreciate that this family has educated their two daughters well. The prices of the items are all very reasonable.
