1. iTunes Method:
Launch iTunes on your computer and connect your iPad.
Put the iPad into recovery mode (different steps for iPads with and without a home button).
Once in recovery mode, iTunes should detect the iPad.
Select the "Restore" option in iTunes, which will download and install the latest iOS firmware.
After restoration, set up your iPad as new or restore from a backup.
