Very happy to see the amount of coverage powerlifting is receiving now. 1,500+ raw under 181 under the strictest of standards is awesome stuff. Really would like to compete at the IPF Classic Cup one day.

Transfiqure i agree they were a bit longer than usual, but isn't that the point of a "pause" bench? the weight has to stop completely before the movement starts again. i dnno i just prefer ipf judging.

damn that deadlift was amazing. you definitely had a higher squat in you, but reaching 1500+ total at 181 lbs. is freaking crazy. you're going to take over the powerlifting world soon. greats lifts man!!

I've been unable to squat for about 2 years and 5 months because of my knee but the vids about mobility and form have definitely given myself more confidence in getting over this injury mentally and physically. The thing I like about this is you did it with no bs. Like other people might do a little better in a suit in a federation with loose rules, but this is raw with long pause on bench and a deep squat, no bs there
