Coming from the 8, the biggest differences I noticed personally was no touch button, face ID, and way faster and runs games better. I suggest only upgrading if you are running out of storage or you NEED the speed. Or your old iPhone gets buggy then you are probably not gonna stay supported with updates for very much longer. These tech reviews like Unbox Therapy, MKHBD, and so on really helps seeing what the tech does. Thanks to these reviewers I was able to make an informed purchase decision. Good work you guys!

Very informative and comprehensive review of the various new I Phone 12 Phones. I am in dire need of a new phone as I’m using an I Phone 6 which has seen better days. I was going to purchase an I Phone 11 Base Model, yet after watching several reviews, including yours, of the I Phone 12 Phones, I believe I will buy the basic I Phone 12. I don’t need the extra photography features of the Pro or the Max I Phone 12’s. For a couple hundred dollars more than an I Phone 11, the I Phone 12 should suit my needs for the next 4 - 5 years. I like the idea of having more durability with the improved glass protection and improved protection from damage from water. While I realize that 5 G isn’t readily available in most locations, living just outside of Chicago should allow me to utilize 5 G within a year or two. I’d appreciate feedback from others as to my logic in purchasing an I Phone 12 Base Model, rather than purchasing an I Phone 11, Base Model. Thanks for your input...
