I think iPhone 13 is my favorite iPhone so far. And first thing I did when I bought an iPhone 13 is to buy a device called Chargie. It's a battery limiter that let's me maintain the charge at 80% even if I sleep throughout the night and my phone is charging - without risk of overheating.

Tbh, Night Shift should be set to turn on at least 2-3 hours before sleep time. So about 7-8 p.m. is good, although i have set mine from 6 p.m. onwards (I'm usually an early sleeper). And set it till about 7-8 a.m.

Hi also Dion :), While it is best to charge to around 80%, you can charge your phone overnight to 100%. But I do suggest using a lower watt charger (5W) to preserve battery health

You should turn off cellular data when connected to wifi it does use battery based on my experience
