I’ve been using iPhone for a couple years and I know, just about everything I went from the 11 to the 13 and I’m trying to see if there’s anything I missing, but for battery having it at the lowest brightness will keep your battery life better and having it at 80% battery will make it last even longer. Automatic brightness is annoying to me, and it tends to overdo it. Having dark mode on, actually helps the phones battery.

Hi Shy, that is the eternal conflict when the new series will soon come out and you do not know the specs of that phone yet. If you can wait, please do would be my suggestion. The 13 will then be available at the well known modest Apple discount and you then have the best choice. Perhaps a 14 that will more appeal to you and if not, the 13 (Pro!) at a lower price.
