iPhone apps to help the blind & Vision Impaired

I came across your youtube quite by mistake, but I am so glad I did. My husband just lost the majority of his vision related to his cancer treatment. He is a bookkeeper/accountant so it has been a struggle for him to function on his own. Having an iPhone I knew there were things available but I didn't know what to look for. Thank you for showing some of the apps available!

This is awesome. I can’t wait to find out what else you’ve posted! I hate apps. I do use the Be My Eyes app. It works great and the volunteers are lovely. I’d love something that could read for me though!

Hi Elisa great demo. The Money reader app also reads Euros, Sterling and USA notes very well also.

Um I have a question it says you need a loge in and password for the KNFB reader how do I get that ?

Hi Whitney, You can download the KNFB Reader app to your iPhone or Android from the relevant store. You do not require a password to use the app once it is downloaded. KNFB Reader apps works with and without voiceover on iPhone so also very good for reading the small print!

Does this specific money reader app still exist? in the Apple play store? I haven’t been able to find a good currency reading app in 2020.

Are use the app called Supersense. It does different ones in the currency one is real good. I also like the barcode reader.
