iPhone or Galaxy better for Timelapse Videos?

I compare the Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Timelapse/Hyperlapse functions to see which Smartphone captures the better Timelapse.
While the Galaxy captures Timelapse's in 4K 30 fps resolution, the iPhone is limited to only 1080p 30 fps, which is a quarter of the resolution of what the Galaxy produces for a Timelapse.
But the iPhone is capable of much cleaner stabilization when capturing a handheld Hyperlapse.
Both Smartphone allow to capture Timelapse's with the different cameras on each Smartphone, but strangely you on the Galaxy you can't use the 5X Max Zoom camera.
Which Smartphone is better for Timelapse's?
