Its actually better now leaving them open then closing. But to close, swipe up from the bottom to the middle of the screen and hold for a second. Let go and your open apps will show. Swipe them up to close them.

I just got mine and had the same issue. If you swipe up from the very bottom, and hold your finger there for just a millisecond more, your open apps will pop up. Then just swipe up to close like on your 6.

When you make a call there is an option to turn on face time or from contacts there is video button to

Diego - go to the top of your screen with the vid open, place your finger on the top middle of the video, and just slide your finger down. It brings the vid down. Also, when you pause the video, on the top left, a downward carrot ( carrot being ^) appears. Touch that and it minimizes the video. Hope that helps!
