Hey master of recovery data. I have similar problem.. I did an iphone 7 swapboard, everything went fine, the device turns on but freezes after entering the lock code. So I moved the nfc from the original motherboard and it is still the same then I measured the pads under nfc and also everything ok .. what could be the reason for this behavior?

Eines würde ich wirklich gerne mal wissen: Wie bekommt Ihr die iPhones immer so einfach auf? Klar, die Dinger lagen vorher auf der Heizplatte. Aber dann? Öffnet Ihr die noch vor dem Dreh einmal? Ich sehe keine Picks, Cards und kein Jimmy Tool. Magische Fingernägel statt Suction Handle? ;-)
