The cameras on the Xr should be the same as xs max. Maybe the camera lens on the Xr wasn’t clean

I dont know how i feel about xs/xr making skin looks red or orange, i dont like android phones because of skin looking whiter and too smooth, only pixel 3 doesnt do that BUT it shows all your imperfections instead -_- i wish there was an option on iphone to turn down the saturation

XS max camera is different than the xs that is why you think that way.The xs camera in the dark looks completely black while the xr and xs max are very close and way brighter from the xs. The (xs Max and XR are very similar as you can see from her comparison.
