I give you 8 possible solutions how to fix an iPhone XS or XS Max that has camera issues (front or back camera) such as blurry, out of focus, frozen, freezes, error, is black, fuzzy or some other problems as well.
Make sure to follow each step and if you go through all the steps and it still does not work try every step 5 or 6 more times. Sometimes its a combo of methods that gets it working again as well. Most of you will have your camera back in order.

Guys, I had the same exact problem and I found the solution. The physical camera lens is kinda detached and its moving, so gently use your fingers to move and center the physical camera sensor . It is moving by mm to all directions, up and down,, right and left, just position the lens at the center, that perfectly works.

not sure but mine started showing pink screen, the front camera, replaced it with nice one from eBay, same thing, just freezes and never turns on, or goes black, first one started messing up after replacing battery, I knocked a data strip out and ripped it, but it went to wireless charging which I never use, so not sure why started acting up after that
