sir kindly tell me the radiation emitted from the sample are absorbed radiation or the transmitted radiation. In other words, the spectra that are generated based on the absorbed radiation or transmitted radiation of the sample?

Can be generated by both. But generally in IR instrument transmitted radiation is taken for calculation.
