Water resources are an interesting topic under Shari'a Law. It's supposed to be free and open to all. That's the formal Afghan position. I can only assume that the same applies for the Shi'a. The Taliban tend to make things up to suit themselves, like Protestants still do.

By 2050 due to Global Warming the temperatures in Iran and Afghanistan will be above the ability of the human body to sweat for cooling about 130F. Additionally droughts, draining aquifers, desertification will cause agricultural failures. Btw. Iran has dammed rivers flowing into Iraq. Iran is already experiencing immigration caused by global warming with people moving from coastal area to the larger cities. If Iran wants to survive, they better start building desalination plans using solar power. Irrigation systems will be required for all agricultural efforts.

We have a lot Of Nuclear Power Plant, Gas Plant and Hydroelectric Dam No Need Solar Panels because it's Very Expensive we don't have Electricity or Energy Problem we even don't have Problems for Drinking water or Farming Water !! Also Iran is Not too Much Dry We are One of Most Largest Food Producter of the World and In Manythings we are in top 5 like Fruits, Nuts ,Lamb , Chicken, Caviar, Spice and Ostrich Meat 🍖 Our Problems it that Our Largest Lakes Became Dry Urmia and Hamon Lakes Were Larger than Switzerland and Montenegro but Both Dried and There will be Sand Strom and People will leave Cities also our Another Problem is Earthquake we Have Earthquake more than any counties in the world and Our Houses mostly are Old !!! In Bam Earthquake in Iran nearly 60,000 people Dead it was so bad that King Charles of Britain move there for help

@@OshinAttari sounds like Afghanistan wants to dam your largest river(Helmand River), pretty tough bunch of hombres with lots of left over American military equipment, sounds like things will get rough. It sounds like Afghanistan has its own plans for your water and sharing it is not what they were thinking. My best guess is Irans coastal areas will depopulate as the temperatures rise and people move to the largest cities. You are experiencing desertification which are the preliminary stages of global warming. You can’t rationalize your way out of global warming it’s like a stream roller you can’t out run because your clerics and Mullahs don’t know how to plan for it. Lambs,chickens, cows all need agricultural feed to survive when crops and vegetation fail those animals you like eating will die. When the average daily temperature hits 130F the human body can no longer cool itself by sweating and people die. Here is some advice Ukraine grows lots f agricultural products, by 2050 after Iran suffers massive crop failures your better make friends with Ukraine so you can buy their agricultural products just some friendly advice. Friends like North Korea spend most of their time starving, they can’t even feed themselves. You guys better rethink who your friends are.

Helmand is not even among the 10 largest rivers of Iran, but Helmand is very important because it flows into the second largest lake of Iran!!! We are not the enemy of Ukraine! Ukraine's agriculture is 20 times bigger than Ukraine!! Ukraine only produces a lot of wheat and sunflower seeds!!! Even most of the ammunition of Ukraine's howitzers are made in Iran and the missiles of Ukrainian helicopters! What the West does not talk about!!! Iran will not get warmer with climate change!!! In summer, we have monsoons Stroms that provide water for the whole year in almost two days, but we cannot control the water because Iran is mostly mountainous and floods occur!! Also, in winter, Siberian storms cover almost half of Iran under snow!! Our problem is that we cannot control the water!!! I say again that our problem is not water, Iran is a mountainous country and only 30% of Iran is desert!!

Russia is selling oil below the price that Iran sells oil and depressing the Iranian economy. The economy of Iran is bad 1 Iranian Rial equals 0.000024 United States Dollar which means Iranian money is worthless basically. That and $5.00 will buy you a cup of coffee in the USA. The only way to save Iran from global warming is to plant over a billion trees annually and buy or build irrigation systems, but I bet the government of Iran will not spend .01 cents on global warming but they will by 2045 the annual budget to defend against global warming will skyrocket.
