Necessary ingredients for lamb and rice (chelo goosht):
5 cups of rice
1 sheep muscle
100 grams of sheep fat
Salt 1 tablespoon
2 onions
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Red pepper 1 teaspoon
Half a tablespoon of black pepper
Barberry 1 cup
Iranian saffron 1 gram
