I mean, he himself knows and let us know that the fourth crest is the best in terms of CQC while the first is more of a blacksmith type of crest. So technically she is called a wyvern. But in some modern folklore Wyverns are considered a type of Dragon in a general sense.

However,I do alot of research on mythical creatures before deciding to create a character that is that said mythical creature. I also often ... well use to now a days different mythical creatures that is is as close to how they are described in lore. So I notice that her arms were attached to her wings completely and only saw her Clara beyond. The wind Bend of her wings. This is how wyverns in lore were describer to have a few (3-4 )claws on the top edge of their wings. Hence based on lorevshe is technically has wyvern morphology which, at least physically in her natural form is a wyvern On another note in modern day lore wyvern are classified as a subtype of Dragon. So in the modern definition you are correct that she is a type of Dragon .

I will also add when you look from the underside one will see there isn't a second pair of forelegs just a pair of wings w/claws and hind leg. This is another characteristic of wyverns. If you pause at the 0.22 mark you can see clearly she only have hind legs no forearms. Her forearms is directly attached to her wings.
