In Ireland we would say " now you're sucking diesel". Shit hot. Keep going, this is great. Reminds me of growing up in the 70s going to Horslips gigs. The other two regulars on the circuit were Thin Lizzie and Rory Gallagher. Quality always shines through and there's a wealth of material in the Irish repertoire. You're obviously enjoying it.

Thanks, Eugene! Well you're after naming 3 of my biggest influences there! Yeah there's so much to explore there in Irish Trad music, and it's such a natural progression to adapt it to rock and the electric guitar I think! 🤘

Johnny Crean Hi! Irish trad players use mostly the ear. They start with slow sessions... I would recommend a slowdowner like AnyTune. And there are plenty of websites with scores and chord backing notations. + a few guitar tabs, but they are not really good most of the time. Otherwise type the name of the tune you wanna learn in DUCKDUCKGO or Yahoo and click on IMAGE, sometimes you got the chords that are often working well.
