Fsilone---Tell me about it...bleh. My mom worked in the industry...I worked in the industry...I hate oysters. I'm right on the coast, and there are still several farms. Place I worked did 'bag and rack', and they went through a time where they weren't maintained properly, so they were in clusters that had to be broken apart, and some would suffocate in mud and die. An 80+lb. bag of dead oysters is NOT something you wanna smell. We ran from the building, gagging.
