It was actually the year 2011 when you made your comment. When changing over to the now widely used Solar-based Gregorian calendar, from the Lunar-based Jewish calendar; they added 8 total years in the (mis)Translation and it was never fixed. Meaning right now is supposed to be 2012, so maybe those Mayans had it right, and this is the end of the 3rd age of man. and next year’s spring solstice starts the 4th age, because it was just the end of a very long calendar.
