Demerara Skipper Rum .. Get rum from where rum is best, the Caribbean. Guyanese rum is brilliant. I used to drink Old Demerara Yellow Heart when I was in Georgetown, but the Demerara Skipper Rum is easier to get outside of the country and a darker type. Delicious. 3oz Rum, 1 big ice cube, sprinkle with raw cane sugar and garnish with a lemon zest. You're welcome.
