Yep, July 3, 1957. The CA&E ended service at noon and left commuters high and dry.

Always a treat to see Green Hornet 4391. It's my personal favorite streetcar at IRM.

5:07 I wonder if there's some way to adapt trolley poles to work on constant tension catenary, it's be challenging to make sure the trolley pole stays on the wire and doesn't continue off, but I don't think the wire is suppose to be loose like that. However, I'm not an expert.
