Bhaiya 9 months ka work ex sahi rahega ideally ya 18 months ka

IRMA allocates 5 marks for work ex. At 9 months you will get 1 marks, at 18 months you will get 2 marks. So from a selection point of view its better if you have 18 months of work ex as it will give you 1 extra marks. However, if your acads and profile is good you can be selected even if you get zero marks in work ex. In fact 74% of the batch of 2023 at IRMA did not have a work experience. Means all of them would have got zero marks out of 5 for work ex. so for IRMA particularly, there is not need to worry about the work ex. Take it whenever you have converted it. All the best !

Although IRMA has around 75% freshers, but people with work experience do not face any problem as such. In fact its a good diversity. People with work experience will face less competition in companies which prefer to take experienced students.
