Jonathon, great instructional video, Thank you. Have mapped the home with the s9+ and will be receiving the m6 in a few days. Can the s9+ mapping be used to expedite programming the m6, or will that require a separate individual learning curve ??

What are the dimensions of the vertical part of the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal? I want to know if I can fit the thing in between a wall and side of my couch, and have have the roomba dock under my couch so the total thing is out of sight.

Great review and tips! 2 questions. Can they share the map or do they each need to map the floorplan? Also when or why would I use the dry pad on the M9 if I am sending it out to mop after the S9+ vacuums? Thanks for any answer.

they each need their own map, its stupid. they dont communicate at ALL. they do NOT work as a team and arent aware of where the other one is.

Delete the map you have have that is trouble shooting then do a mapping run 3 times on different times of the day

Do you have to do a mapping run with both or just doing it with the vacuum, it'll then use same map for the mop?

You can just do a regular cleaning run, map runs just makes it learn a little faster since it doesn't have to clean while it runs around your home Unfortunately you need a map for each device. It doesn't share it's map with the mop.

I find the Rumba app is not intuitive at all. It is very confusing and when I request a new job it takes me to the selections and when I make them it asks me to save as a favorite. I do not see why I have to always designate it as a favorite. Why do not the favorites that I have saved come up so that all I ahve to do is select the favorits and the thing goes to work? It is not a good app.

@@OT4Tech both. It’s gotten stuck on both as well. The keep out zones helped a lot on the carpet area but hasn’t done much at all to help with rugs

If I end up encountering the issue I’ll definitely do an update video. I’m wondering if it’s because my rugs have a good lip to them. Have you tried to remap the areas?

Have the m6 map ur house then add a keep out zone. It would help the m6 Not to go there
