bad ass tune, can't believe it didn't make the album. had the b side 12" single when i was 16, around 82, 83. this song sounds as fierce today as it did then. (r.i.p. Clive) up the irons! '

Yeah, it was 82 and Run to the Hills was my first ever vinyl (got 7" and 12"), with this as the b-side. I was 13. I then searched out all the other 7" and 12" singles from before this and after (up until the cd era). Thanks for watching :)

Nicely played, I often play this song too on guitar, fun to play, feels like on a highway. Congratulation for the good job!

Thanks for making Iron Maiden life easy. You can look for my cover of this Monday on Eclipse day LOL
@welshphantom89647 жыл бұрын
Glad to help :) Enjoy the eclipse... I love that sort of stuff. We had one a few years back and it was eerie ... all the birds went quiet and it got noticeably colder. Cloudy, but they parted and jut the right moment where I live in Wales. Looking forward to your cover :)

Those turn around riffs in the verses and choruses are a pain in the ass to keep track of what one is used when LOL I had to write them down.

awesom bro, we should continue in our journey, are you working on powerslave?
@welshphantom89647 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate ) Yes, I have Powerslave and Rime worked out, but I had to stop playing for a few months due to a slipped disc. Should be fairly soon as I am playing again now! ;)

is it a fender?
@welshphantom89648 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is the Steve Harris Signature series Fender Precision. They do not make this bass anymore as they now do the White version (with slightly lower specs). Thanks for watching mate :)

Yes mate, always. I never trust tabs. They always seem to be inaccurate. Thanks for watching ;)

No punch at all
@welshphantom89648 жыл бұрын
+Danilo Zanata Thanks for the honest feedback, rather than like some people who just hit 'dislike' anonymously ;) To be fair, Harris uses new strings every day.....I can not afford that! :)

I just love those few people who thumbs down with no explanation! And I hear some punch!
