I first read about Mr Houghton in Combat Magazine in the UK when Bey Logan was the editor and the author of the article. It mentioned that Mr Houghton went to Hong Kong to follow his dreams studying with Lau Kar Leung as he had a great love of kung fu. Later, I became a fan of Hong Kong cinema and saw Mr Houghton in many roles, including one of the Aces Go Places films with Cantopop legends Sam Hui and Leslie Cheung which also had an interview with Mr Houghton on a UK martial arts magazine. As a British Chinese, I think Mr Houghton has a better knowledge of Cantonese and Chinese culture than I do.

Damn.... that is no joke. I've hit iron pellet bags and even boulders training Buddha Palm in Hawaii similar to Iron palm, but I've always held back big time on the back of the hand like a chicken that I am. Just looking at Master Houghton to that degree freaked me out! I've seen some old school 60 or 70 year old traditional Okinawan karate ka who also trained their hands and fists to a scary level, but I must say you are way more hard core. My four thumbs are all up for you, Sir. Respect!
Felicitaciones Cherlene y a tu padre. Somos practicantes de Hung Gar . Saludos desde Venezuela.

@@charlenehoughton7069 So let me guess, you're half European, & that's your farther, right? I put the video on assuming I going to hear English, but nope. I've always been fond of Asian culture. I actually have all the equipment for iron body training. I just haven't started yet. I know one thing, I wouldn't want to be hit by your farther. I just found out recently, that a Chinese guy I've known for years at my local CVS, is a Hung Gar master, who's trained in that style for over 30 years. He's trained in iron body too. I'll check out more of your videos in the future. Good luck with your channel.

@gerrekurquidez30443 жыл бұрын
@@candidob8683 Unless genetics intervenes, if your hands dont look like this, you're doing something very wrong. I doubt it unless you did iron palm and red sand palm training way less than you should. This is the result of strtching/tearing skin and muscles, fracturing bones and stretching tendons nearly 5-6 days a week in hard Qigong practice and than both red sand palm and iron palm training(plus putting dit dat how before and after training, and doing soft Qigong, and taijiquan, than baguazhang, than internal long and short boxing/fist forms, xinyiquan(five animals boxing), 18 animal forms, than the external long and short boxing/fist forms, added with weapons if you passed your first 2 years of short and long forms basic training. Not in proper order but not really allowed to tell what the schduling or actual process is beginning to end, just allowed say what we're training in). You need to let go of aesthetics and cares of others opinions. In gongfu's real definition, there are neither shortcuts or anything pretty. Just function and structure.

He's the real deal. His bones have fused together across the knuckles due to tens of thousands of hours of practice. I've heard of people who train like this, but I've never met any. It's an extreme form of training, not for the feint hearted. I'm amazed he can still hold a tea cup so delicately without breaking it!

He didn’t show you the secret after the training on video. They dip their hands in dit da jow medicine to preserve its function. Otherwise their hands would become stiff with arthritis. This is what happened to some of the Japanese karate people because they weren’t told this secret!

Hand rolled premium Cigars don't have the chemical toxins soaked into them as cigarettes or gas station cigars do. Also, you're never meant to inhale cigars. Premium Cigars are meant for enjoying flavor & aroma. The smoke and the rolled leaf is tasted but never inhaled. Used in moderation, premium hand rolled Cigars are not unhealthy and possess medicinal value. Cigarettes and gas station cigars are poisonous for they're soaked in all manner of poison chemicals and they're inhaled by their users, thus destroying the lungs, throat, teeth, causing high b.p., causing arterial damage and cancers.
