Who can already tell that these workouts are increasingly more and more challenging yet we can always overcome whatever Caroline throws at us and we are stronger and so grateful for it. My muscle endurance has been challenged like I've only felt back in Highschool. This was hard... my legs were shaking. I love that we really train all muscle groups in this programm - not just what a lot of other youtubers do, which is basically just abs and glutes - mostly just for looks. This builds so much actual strength all over.

I do love to find words that describe the concept, or feeling as best I am but also it helps you to recall the workout if it’s your favourite and easier to find in playlist! Yes, building muscle on the body is so important for so many reasons but in regards fat loss and for it to be sustainable. The scales may say something completely different as I’m approx 14 lbs heavier than a friend of mine who is the same size in clothing and height as me but our body composition is completely different! Caroline you’ve changed my life. All of the fitness goals I’ve had both aesthetic and in strength I’ve achieved. Not my some 10 min booty video or 7 mins “snatched waist” video. Im stronger: I’ve gone from 10kg squats to 20kg I’ve fixed my muscle imbalances: I had some imbalance of my muscle and strength on my right leg and 5 weeks into the epic program I’ve realised its all gone Aesthetics: all the extra thigh and tummy fat are just falling off without me doing much. I have a body 90% to my goals without me actually caring about the aesthetics and just genuinely loving to workout. Thank you so much! Im such a huge fan! I’ll celebrate so hard when you cross 1 million followers in the next few weeks 💕💕

I reached a HUGE milestone with this workout. Typically when Caroline uses 10kg, I am able to use 10lb. Today though, I used 20lb and worked through every move! Honestly, since my foot surgery (the surgeon put staples in my toe and an implant in my ankle), I'm a bit apprehensive about moves like the squat rocks and standing calf raises because of the limited mobility... but I've made it this far in the program and don't plan on quitting ever! I'm fighting through this one guys 🙏🏽💪🏾

Tough one. I found myself constantly looking at my watch hoping it was over! I'm super proud to have finished this and to have started incorporating heavier weights. I haven't been super consistent wiht these worouts, but I can definitely tell that they're becoming harder and Caroline is challenging more dsiciples simulataneously. Thank-god for this channel and this amazing community of awesome supportive, cheerful fitness enthusiasts. Today workout was definitely needed for mental health reasons more than fitness and on these days the motivation is at an all time low. I honestly could have slept all day if I wasn't homeschooling two kids and if it wasn't for this channel and positive support I would have likely passed on my workout. It was tough to make it through and I did choose to stick with my 20lbs dumbbells verses my 25lbs. but I made it through and definitely feel stronger and calmer for it. So grateful for all that you offer, it's so much more than fitness, it's an overall sense of wellbeing and often provides me with some sense of sanity during this never ending Covid 19 lockdown.

As Matthew suggested did the glute activation first which worked well. This quad workout was so well thought out..no change there. Loved the staple and the finisher was a burner. Thank you 💕

O M G .... all the combinations were so deadly , I don’t know where to begin stating them , but the squat rocks win hands down , my quads were rocking , shaking , trembling ..... but surely getting better after each workout with the gorgeous ever Caroline 💕💕💕seeing her exercise like this to perfection is jaw dropping ... long live Caroline ❤️

The burn on the way to work cycling was as funky as my vibrating calves were by the end of this work out - and there was I thinking I had strong cycling legs 😂😂 Being pushed like this to challenge myself / each other is without doubt not just getting me muscle gains, more over it’s getting me the mental gains that are transferring over into the challenges in life itself - for that another wave of gratitude is bubbling for all you’ve given me / all of us over the last year Caroline!! 🔥✌🏼 Thanks as always for the upload & support. Quads will surely be on 🔥. Love training the calves. We've GOT this!👊 Have a great workout! A few moments later...... Used 9kg DBs. Legs are shaking! My quads..ouch! 🥵 Floor got slippery 💦. Those last few seconds in the finisher took a lot of will power! Awesome workout! Also did the 10min. Booty wo add-on. Thanks Caroline!

Yesterday my friend made fun of me because my workouts don't include barbells or benches, and I felt so bad for him because he doesn't seem to understand that Caroline's workouts aren't just about building muscle, they're also aimed at mental strength, stability, balance, flexibility, mobility, heart beat and discipline. Thank you, Caroline, for changing my mindset on fitness. I am no longer chasing after physical results, I am only seeing them as a bi-product of my dedication and effort!!

I thought of leaving a comment the day after this workout to report how sore my legs are. They seem to be in okay shape but obviously there is some soreness involved. I feel Caroline has done a great job at building us up to this point. She has definitely given me enough capacity to handle high intensity, high volume and yet feel the progress with every workout

This whole time my dog has been watching me work out and finally at the finisher, she decided to ‘join in’- and by that I mean she lay down and got up again while I was doing squats, thinking she was doing the same thing 😂😂 Anyway I’m dying, pretty sure I won’t be able to walk tomorrow but my calves and quads are on fire and that’s what we want 💀💀

That 30 minutes can feel like the most intense 30 minutes of the day is what I concluded after finishing this workout. I was certain that I could do with just a 10 second break. And, was I wrong! The high squats at the very beginning had me sweaty in no time. But, but, I have upped my weights to 7.5 kgs and that is huge for me! Hopefully when the Covid situation improves here, I can go out for my runs to see how strong my quads and calves have truly become. Thank You, Caroline!

What a scorcher! The whole forest has been set on 🔥! My quads were definitely burning but my glutes were totally scorched on the Bulgarians and the close stance lunges! I am ok with that though because I have been trying to get my glutes to engage more in those moves and not just my hamstrings and quads. So I am totally fatigued after this (and the optional add on with a 4 min plank tossed in!) but totally happy as well! Thanks Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!
