How does she do it? With Caroline's workouts, I never feel like I've done the same one twice, how she makes them different is amazing. Must be the difference between a professional trainer and an unqualified influencer.

Hi Paul...so very true! I think it is just the amount of work that Caroline puts in, reading about fitness and planning. I believe she spends about 2 hrs planning each workout and this really shows I think. Always so interesting fir us to do! I loved this one! Have a great Sunday! Matthew

For anyone reading this: It‘s okay to take breaks. I took one minute off after almost every minute of work, so it took me one hour to complete it. In no way I could have survived otherwise! But I completed every rep and I think that is what counts: Take your time, you might need 30 minutes, 60 or 90. It doesn‘t matter. It‘s not a sprint, it‘s a marathon ( well ironically it‘s HIIT, but who can sprint for 30 minutes non-stop except for Caroline, right?!🤯) You got this 💪🏼🦾

I also can’t keep up. My heart my explode or give out. I do as much as I can until I can’t do it and then I rest. And then I do it again, and again, and again. Thank the Lord I am able to do it

Redoing all hiit workouts in Caroline’s library and EMOMs are my nemesis. … but today after 3 years of working out with Caroline I finally nailed an EMOM! No modifications, no cut in reps, a few extra breaks but I killed it. … almost without feeling that I’m dying! So infinitely proud. Caroline you made me so strong and fit! I continue to workout with you week after week and I so much love any and each of your workouts! …. Heartfelt thanks! Your library should be UNESCO patrimony!

I did her Epic II EMOM last week and I barely survived that one. (I was dying during that workout) I did this one and while it was still hard, it felt way easier (probably due to the exercises) and I didn’t feel dead 😂

What you have accomplished is damn god amazing!! If you had to stop the workout at a certain point of the video… don’t worry, it’ll come with time !! You’ll improve your cardio and your form. Normally, I pause a lot and catch my breath before continuing the workout, but today for various reasons I just adjusted by number of reps and actually did the whole thing without pausing - sometimes progress looks more like consistent efforts than crazy increases in strength I guess. EMOM is still my most challenging wo. I did Friday's full body first then started this EMOM. I stopped at round 2, didn't think I could do it. Had a word with myself, got back in and finished it. I gave it all, no slowing down. I did do 5 reps of every 3rd exercise just to able to complete it all! Did it, sweaty as hell, feel awesome now 💚 thank you C always making it the best wo ever!! 😍🔥🥵🤯

I also love it that at the beginning of the video Caroline showed all three rounds moves so I can mentally prepare myself what is coming in this 30 minutes! Finally much awaited EMOM HIIT is here!! Definitely looking forward to do this.. All the sets look interesting and definitely challenging.. Finally!! I got this emom on my 2nd try.... No half reps, no breaks, no nothing only Courage and strength.On my 1st try, I almost completed the workout fully but my chest gave up on that deadstop pushup, maybe bc I did your chest a day earlier. I have by now learned to be assertive with my work outs 😊. There’s a physiological aspect to EMOM workouts (obviously) but the psychological component is what makes these so challenging for me. There’s a part of my mind arguing that the harder I push the longer I can rest before the next minute starts while the other half is saying but you’ll burn yourself out and not complete the whole workout. All the while I’m looking at the count go up and pleading with myself to keep going and somehow, miraculously, it was over and I’d made it! 🤔😁 Cheers Caroline and tip of the hat to all of you that gave it a go and never gave up!

I can't believe we are half way through Epic heat already And today was my favourite endurance session EMON 👍 I will always love it more than Hit and Tabata .I just couldn't decide this morning if I would rather go for a run or do EMON I ended up doing both. 🙈In the end I didn't have a break at all and I didn't look to see how fast Caroline was going because that would have just frustrated me. but I think it is fantastic what you, dear Caroline, do with us. 👍🏼💕🥇 whether it's the final 1 minute burpeeys or the 3 minute maker, not to mention the 1000 apps challenge. It's amazing what we are all capable of when we have the right trainer, motivator. 🙌 And Caroline teaches us that we are still able to push ourselves further and further, Anyway, I feel like since I've been following Carolin. I've improved enormously from burpees to push-ups to heavier weights. I would like to thank you for that 😍❣😘

Yes - it's mad!! A few hours after completing this I realised for me it was 100 burpees, 150 push ups (had to drop to 5 for the dead-stops), 200 pulse push ups, 100 lunges and 200 squats. Didn't think my body was capable of this!!

This was the hardest workout of the Epic Heat so far for me. All her workouts very hard yet so good and manageable for me, but this one chewed me up and spit me out. Took me about 45min to complete. I had no breath from beginning to end - don't know how I managed. But I loved every second of it! So effective!

I finished this workout and I was delighted at my ability to keep up and do the entire thing without having to pause for a longer rest period. I did cut the burpees to five, but otherwise I was able to do it without modification. I feel so strong!

@@matthewalmond4688 I am pleased what I have achieved. Phase 1 Perfect form but no seconds to rest at the end. Press ups - head to the floor to back scapula fully extended. I did do press-up burpees (◞‸◟;) Phase 2 Those kick thrusts- happy to see the back of those. Pulsing press-ups- this I enjoyed. Each on was a different level from scapula shrugs scapula (protection -retraction). to nose to the floor pulse then back again. Phase 3 I had to swap the dead stop push-ups with hot hands. At 7/10 Hot hands was left out. Dead stop push-ups from fully extended back scapula to nose to the floor. (⌐■_■) very happy.

Phenomenal. The variety in this time-efficient series is so good for us. You rise above other content producers. I appreciate your knowledge and how you apply it. GRADITUDE and KUDOS. (I taught group fitness 28 years, been working out for over 40, taught PE, ran 2 marathons---meaning I've been exposed to quite a bit - I HOPE my comment means something to you;) Thank you so VERY much for what you do.
