Great video man! I like to do fireman’s carry sometimes when I’m going for the leg. However I find that when going for the high crotch the person is able to sprawl fast enough to where I’m on my knees trying to hold onto the leg with both hands and then they spin around and take my back.

Thank for the video. Could you please do a video for front headlock escapes ? I get stuck in that position every time. I watched many KZbin videos about how to escape it, but it never worked. I can understand if you wouldn’t do it, i mean you have a lot of work to do as a coach great like you.
