And all of this is contingent upon your opponent going directly into a collar tie with you . I definitely teach this technique too! I like that you take the time to emphasize the little parts of the techniques. Great Job Coach!👊🏾

I have watched a few of your instructionals and wanted to make sure I dropped a appreciation comment. Your videos are amazing resources. I wish I had access to stuff like this in high school, I started wrestling as a sophomore and struggled to catch up for my first year or two. At the time I felt like there was a lot of gatekeeping considering I did not come from a wrestling family. That being said I know your videos are helpful to kids in similar situations, keep up the great work.

Awesome content man! Could you do something based on getting maximum control from underhooks? Just position and movement for pressure, not so much shots or other takedowns from there

After several reviews it seems the popping his arm up, watch technique, may be the most effective way to clear the collar tie..esp if it's in heavy. But must say the knuckles in is a good technique as well. Personally i like to push opponents elbow in wuth knuckles so to shut his area to work in..plus it's uncomfortable for the opponent too. Good stuff.

high risk move no?
@adammesheiaАй бұрын
Just the opposite one of the lowest risk moves you can do. Think about it you they can not sprawl, most of the time they either circle away or get an under hook on you. If they get an under hook you can go to a fireman’s right away and if they circle you do the finishes in the video or try another slide by if they rengage with inside ties
@3DHDcatАй бұрын
@adammesheia seems like it's opening the side of your body too much for a back take ,unless i misunderstood the proper hand fighting set up
@adammesheiaАй бұрын
@ that is possible but a slide by is a quick motion it is very hard to get caught with a counter back attack. Watch videos of people performing the slide by well like Jax forest and tell me how many times he gets his back taken because of it. Practice the move and tell me how it goes. Cheers
