Depends on where you seed yourself but they do tend to get all athletes in fairly quickly once they start the AG waves

Coach Steve, you mentioned a couple times that garbage drop is at the beginning and end of aid stations. Does that mean we can not drop at the feet of volunteers in the middle of aid stations?

Yes you can discard bottles between the start/end of the aid stations but in terms of aid station etiquette- it is strongly recommended you keep to beginning/end thrash zones or else the poor volunteers will be dodging discarded bottles all race long

always hard to tell as will vary year to year (weather is a key factor) but looking at Coach Cox xls for 2023 suggests < 60 min mark across AG - so it is FAST www.coachcox.co.uk/imstats/race/2139/averages/
