Hey. I have been subscribed for maybe one year now. I occasionally like to watch you and your war findings in-particular as I've always been intrigued by ww1 & ww2 ever since I was young. Keep it up man. It's amazing what you can find buried under soil. It really is amazing.

This is so cool! I am a history teacher who just moved to Europe, and honestly (stupid of me) it never occurred to me that people go back to these places and find these amazing, brief moments of personal history. Your videos are great!

Hi Mike it’s good to see your boys out with you!!! I live in a state that only had Native American/Indians wars so we get our world war metal detecting through you Mike. Another great video. Plus the weather here in Michigan has been extremely cold this winter so no metal detecting till spring. So watching yours is our fix for 6 inches of frost outside. Thanks Mike appreciate it

At 9:15 - this is a US artillery box plate/marking that says: 6 CHARGES FNH SMK PDR M1 (smoke shell from 155MM Howitzer M1). Further below on the right (your plate is missing this section) it would specify the color of the smoke.

The aluminum plate is US, and it goes to 105 or 155mm Howitzer artillery. SMK stands for smoke. Amazing finds, truly stunning! Genoten van je video!

The real heavy thing is a stator from an electronic motor all the copper on there should be worth something. Also called windings.
@MrBoydheeres7 жыл бұрын
I thinks it is called a rotor, but you appear to be on the right track. www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/rotor-electric-motor-closeup-isolated-on-470500712
@ImTheJoker4u7 жыл бұрын
The stator is the part that goes around the rotor, which spins. The stator "stays", the rotor "rotates". The size of that rotor suggests it was for moving something large.

Looks like that might be an Armature to a starter that shop coming out of their look at that and see if it looks like it one time it would be pushed in but was Grandma Vehicles you turn the switch on and then to the left side of your foot there is a button that you press down on that push that Rod into that are mature that made it turn over to start it was not that there is an Armature starter starter for an Armature

1970 olds442 Hi again. If you can send me an email address we can arrange something. 'Postage problem' not related to cost. I'm not sure how customs react. It appears things are a little over cautious in The States currently. Do you have friends/relatives that visit U.K.? That would probably be easier. I'm sure we can arrange something. Kind regards from U.K. 👍🏻

From most of these videos I've seen, nobody has a clue on anything they find. Have you done any kind of research on ww2 German anything? I know people who would tell you it's junk and walk off with it and make some killer cash.
