@@VaingloriousGaming I do have another mod you might be interested in, AquaCadre. It's got just underwater storage atm but I'm working on the number cruncher and possibly a couple of water wheels too to go underwater. Those 2 I'll have to actually see they still generate power underwater before I bother uploading them. (I'm also adding a log ladder - gnawed out grooves in a vertical log - for convenience, can go under platforms) You may have asked on steam already (dunno your username there but just in case it weren't you) but the reason I couldn't just add everything of each faction was because they have name clashes which cause TB to crash if they're both included in the same faction. As for the beaver profiles the specs only allow choosing 1 so I just chose the aesthetic I favour when neither faction's variant of something offers more functionality, folktails. I do choose the IT profile for the contaminated beavers though :D For the on map beavers I just had to list the adult/child textures to choose from when generating a beaver, so it really doesn't matter if thy come from a lodge or pod, they'll be whatever TB chose from the list. Oh, before I forget, you might also be interested in my Bentos mod, basically shoves every food/drink into a bento for each faction, GB gets both. Also adds a bento need for more well being bonuses :) I do have ideas for a couple more mods like a Care Kit for the bots and a mine that can be placed anywhere, though the latta might get absorbed into the AquaCadre mod since I'm considering making it underwater viable and stackable too.

→ 10:20 The efficient farmhouse is the Folktails building (since update 4 or 5, I think?). The Ironteeth have the "farmhouse", which is a bit smaller, but also employs only 2 beavers instead of the 3. → Do all the beavers eat all the food (and get well-being bonuses from it), or is the food separated between iron teeth food and folktail food? → I guess when you get to multiple districts, you can have one district with just adult beavers (and the exact quantity you need for your jobs), and set it up with baracks. The beavers there won't reproduce, you just send ones in from the other districts. → The dirt excavator now needs extract, so you also need the bad water processing for this.

Thanks, I couldn't remember which farmhouse went with which district. I guess the building design should have been a clue. :) And yeah, all of the beavers eat all of the food. I'm guessing that is going to do great things for well-being!

I enjoy playing Folktails but wished the water pump could go deeper then 2 blocks like the Ironteeth can go 6 also the Ironteeth 1x3 home I think gives more room for beavers then then 2x3 ones.... Getting to mix and match building ROCKS!!!!! LOVE THE IDEA!!!

I got a bad tide has the second thing after the first drought was 8 days I don't know if that's normally possible it happened you look to say my beavers were none to please and just before the water came clear they all died of dehydration

yeah, if you're playing on fully normal settings, you gotta stockpile as much water as possible early on to survive the droughts and badtides.

no, not at all. I do make all of my videos "members first" as a thank you to channel members, giving them 'early access' to my videos. Everything eventually becomes public, however. I tend to upload four to six weeks worth of videos at a time so members always have early access to something on my channel. I appreciate that you want to watch the rest of the series and I can assure you that a new Timberborn video from the series will become available to the public every Friday at Noon Central time. I know that not everyone can or wants to become a channel member, so I would never lock a series behind a pay-wall. I do have occasional IRL style and behind-the-scenes videos that are offered to channel supporters only, but those exist as special, unlisted videos and never include a part of an on-going series. :) Thanks for watching and get ready, there is some good stuff coming in this series :)

Dude - You didn't just changed water sources on the map, You also added metal mine and A BUNCH of scrap metal towers just across the water from spawn. This is one of the core issues on this map, what makes it hard - metal access is limited from spawn. It's cool - You do You, but it would be nice if You've mentioned it at the start.

9:28 - I do mention it. :) And I did it not to make it easier but because in a bit of a test playthrough, I found there was not enough ruins to supply the scrap metal I would need for everything I have planned for this series.

yup, I shortened both the drought and badtide durations, and increased the amount of time between them. I like that Timberborn allows for custom configurations like this so every one can play with settings that make the game enjoyable for them. Me, personally, I play on Normal without any changes most of the time. But for a KZbin series, I will typically make these changes as it means I don't have long sections of video where pretty much nothing is happening because there is no water or because I can't send beavers into badwater to build. When I feature the game in livestreams, I don't usually make these changes since the livestream is inherently much longer form content.
