Great video. Thank you. It's windy here in Chicagoland, think north to south or baseline to baseline wind (around 18-24knot value). I always feel more confident going against the wind. Say around 10%-15% more confident to unload more power. My question is, when I deliver the ball 'with' the wind, how may I better control the direction as well as keep the pace competitive? Without over hitting the ball or second guessing and catching the net. Thanks again, cheers, and keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comprehensive videos… 👏… qq.. is there an opportunity to choke the racket grip based on where we are on the court… I find choking the grip when i am inside the court helps me keep the ball in vs when hitting from baseline?

I've done it occasionally but it's more of a subconscious thing than a pre-trained skill

Under similar conditions in doubles, what shot selections would you recommend we employ? Thank you.

In doubles there are 2 things to consider. Depending on the height of the ball on arrival. higher balls we'll go right for the net player. they have minimal time to react. lower balls we go angle avoiding the net player. the lob over the net player is also an option if when we are sprinting in, we still a bit of distance between the net and our court position

Hello!! I wonder if you have covered the squash shot yet. I found myself struggling to put the ball back when I was pulled out wide and had no time to set up the proper shot.

I have not covered that yet, i can add that

Why the recent racket change ?

I needed a more versatile frame for switch from playing and coaching. the vcore 95 felt great if i was dialed in and playing regularly but going from fast paced training to slower lesson and hitting. if the timing was off at all the vcore was very unforgiving

Interesting. You ever consider posting a gear review including balls, strings, and shoes?@@ironwilltennis
