It's true, when I was in mortal sin and not close to Jesus, life was misery and empty, but only when I got reignited in my faith via the rosary to get away from my anxiety and mortal sins, was to see how beautiful the world God created, how adorable mourning doves are, dogs, cats, gardens and plants, landscapes, and my family and friends, the church....... I see God in everything and it's awesome!

Father Mike, I am so thankful to hear your homilies. You have an amazing gift of speaking about the Gospel and more about the Catholic teachings, the Word of God , in a special way. You bring forth the love of the Lord for us. You help us understand so much. I have also been sick for Lent , a long time, and I appreciate the time and effort that you put into your homilies. No one in the church could EVER fall asleep during your homily! ❤️

Wow! "I never knew how beautiful the world could be" Thank you for reminding me about how "deep our faith can be" "The Greatest Story ever Told"! Amen. The Irony of a Betrayal playing out in New York, during Passion Week, with all its malice. This Irony will not be lost on Christians celebrating and grieving the Betrayal of Christ. Then there was a Resurrection!!! Easter is such a profound time for the Renewal of Faith!

Palm Sunday Of The Passion Of The Lord Reflection: Matthew 26:14-27:66: At that He began to curse and to swear: I do not know the man. And immediately a Cock Crowed. Then Peter remembered the word that Jesus had spoken: "Before the cock crows you will deny me three times." He went out and began to weep bitterly. Thank You Rev. Mike O'Connor.

'And when I think that God his son not sparing sent him to die I scarce can take it in' from the words of the hymn 'How great thou Art' always reminds me of the suffering that Christ endured was excruciating, to think on it I sometimes scarce can take in all the excruciating pain Jesus endured because He loves us so. I shall never be worthy, never be enough and yet you love me. I scarce can take it in my Dear Sweet Jesus. All glory and honour are yours almighty Father, now and forever. Amen.

A joyful Easter to all at your Church. The Psalm is no 22 in the Hebrew numbering but in some versions of the Bible, which use the Greek numbering it is no 21. Sometimes it is quoted as Psalm 21/22 to avoid confusion. From the town of St Leonards on Sea in England.
