Irregular militia are closer in equipment to some kind of ukrainian separatists , They mostly have uniforms in kukla or woodland Or gorka suits i SS lieto , green sweters 6b7 helmets and nerpa SSO vests

Imho they are mainly based on Chechen, Georgian, and Russian guerilla mercenaries and I don't care how weak they might seem compared to Russia, US, etc, they have a very unique vibe in-game. What's better than tearing shit with BMP1, wearing nothing but tracksuits. And don't forget the foldable AKS, with iron sights adjusted on 500m, perfect for hip fire and hard bass as intro/outro... shiet
