idk. A 50 pound jump in a year at this stage in his weightlifting is unlikely. Not impossible though. If i had to bet though, I'd say he gets it in 2021. Maybe 775 in 2020.

High school guys in athletics are obsessed with bench press. They will probably all be in awe of you. Like meeting a pro athlete. Too much hero worship for fear about dating your daughter. You will be a bonus. Also I'm liking being able to see the accessory work you put in and the volume before you start working towards peaking really shows that it's not all about the top set but the constant hard work and non glamorous stuff all contributes to success

Julius - there comes a time in a mans life when he has to prove his worth, to back up his bullsfit and do what he is physically and mentally capable of. Eddie Hall realised this when he achieved the 500kg deadlift. You need to realise that you have been put on this earth to achieve the 800lb benchpress, which you WILL DO.

Bob John idk, it’s really dangerous to be training for a 800lb bench press if he actually gets it. Think about it, in training he would probably have to be able to bench 700 for reps and with unreliable spotters that’s extremely dangerous. Plus the weight you already have to get your body too in the first place.
