When you lift your form is perfect. No other super heavy bench pressers lift with your form. It’s as if you have hydraulic pistons for muscles. It’s incredible watching you press that much weight with no mechanical or leverage advantage. Keep impressing us Julius!

The most impressive thing about his lifts is that he always looks like there's more in the tank. This was roughly 25 pounds more than the current raw bench record (also held by JM) and he made it look easy. I'm pulling for you Big Man. I know that 800 lb. bench is only a matter of time. My 1 rep max is 100kg.....and my "normal" working weight is 50kg. Ever since I started training (only been 2 months and a bit now) I really do have new found respect for all these guys. It really puts into perspective the pure power, and dedication that these guys have.

I usually like to put my pinky or my ring finger on the ring of the barbell when I bench too. Feels best for me, feels the most comfortable, feels like I’m getting a good work out in, and it feels like I’m able to crank out more reps with that position.

(that I know of) It's a lot easier to be good at 1 of the big 3 lifts than all 3...I don't mean that in a bad way, just in case. It's just that he is an elite SHW powerlifter, the last guy who had the WR Kirill Sarychev somehow got it while doing all 3 lifts! This guy is basically a culmination of that guy, but literally ALL. for 1. lift. a true specialist
