Bro, you gotta have that music. Best natural fuel to power through a load up day, especially for bench, your body's own adrenaline! Curtain songs can trigger a curtain memory, a feeling, an emotion. You take yourself back to that place, let it build, then explode through your workout. I have suffered through post concussion syndrome most of my life, and I have plenty of my past to gain fuel and drive from. And some days, when you hit that weight, and add another rep or plate to your next PR, you get up and your hands are just shaking from that rush! It's always been like that since my injuries, but I like to think anyone can do it, with focus and discipline! No Artificial BS! Similar to when Eddie Hall talks about Mental Health. Use it to your advantage.
