What the fuck.....This dude is literally benching over 600 lbs for REPS and he's doing it easily....he literally couldve done more than 6 reps if he wanted to. They moved so easily on the 1st set

As a powerlifter for many years, I have seen 2 guys hit 600 (max rep/life time goal). The 600+ sets and reps are on a different level, great to watch... 800 right around the corner!!

@Joshua Mages @trapstar13011 using chains on a bench press help to build strength and stability at the top portion of the lift. As the bar is pressed up off the chest towards the top, more chains are raised off of the ground, adding more weight and instability as you finish the lift, building more “lockout” power.
