this isn't about "health" at this bodyweight you have to see it for what it is. he's going balls to the wall and doesn't care about the consequences so long as 800 is blasted off of his chest. he's going to hit his 800 and hopefully like Eddie Hall - back it off and live a much longer life. consider how much weight Thor gained for his "win" with a 501kg goalseeked deadlift. he lost 150 pounds after that and a lot came off in just a few weeks. remaining in that state of "tune" for any great length of time is a deathwish. these guys give it all. #respect for their incredible sacrifice to test the limits of human potential.

Youll get it, worst feeling you can get when you know you should be able to do something. The worst part of it is not knowing for sure if its because of sleep, food, rest, CNS or training too much/little. Sometimes training more often than normally helps and sometimes 2 weeks off helps :D
