I have tried all types of skincare for my acne and after spending so much money on these products which didn’t work. I went to a dermatologist and my skin is cleared within 2 month. So just a PSA to anyone who is going through acne issues, pls don’t waste your money on commercial products and seek professional medical help instead 🙏

I have gone to various dermatologists and some gave me pills while some gave me products, my skin is still not clear as my acne is genetic, so it will alwaus come back but slow down in a few years. You need to figure out your skin.

OKAY HEAR ME OUT GURLY AND I REALLY DESPERATELY WANT YOU TO READ THIS I dont have reoccurring acne but i my mother did in her teens and this is was my grandmother did for her And almost all the indian grandmothers would love this GRAM FLOUR, CURD, TURMERIC, maybe if you want -> HONEY AND ALOEVERA GEL i added the last 2 for my skin type And make this in a thicker consistency so that it becomes like a face pack Its so good you can use this everyday and you wouldnt have to use facewash, this and then regular skin care routine Ig i dont have anything to say about the benefits of these products. I just want you to give it a try because these products no matter they say have some chemicals that might not suit people but this face pack is all homemade from you own kitchen so it will be just...good I hope this helps😊😊😊
@Kuukkii_LevelUp
@Kuukkii_LevelUp Ай бұрын
Let's just food be food and let it stay in the kitchen only,it won't do anything. Acne doesn't really go that easily because there can be multiple diff things that might be causing you acne but acne marks ,these food can't do anything these stubborn acne marks never go unless you apply some otc creams and if Chemical is ur issue please visit a nice derma so they can recommend you product acc to ur own skin type.

Tbf normal recurring acne and hormonal acne are different. Hormonal acne can never be treated only from the outside. The hormones should be balanced first. And she did say that she has hormonal acne in one of her videos.
@Valerie0321
@Valerie0321 Ай бұрын
@Kuukkii_LevelUp I never said this would make acne go off completely and nthg can But let's just take turmeric for example alright Anti inflammatory, killing facial bacteria that cause irritation and inflammation, wound healing which acne has that is open wounds, moisturizing for dry skin which I have As for curd, again moisturizing, pore tightening and yes curd used on the face or digested both help in acne because of its cooling effect and there's this thing idk if you'd know called 'taseer' but hot or cold nature of your food no matter ingested or applied affects you This is called food science And I come from India where people back then used such homemade remedies when things like niacinamide etc were not that popular. And the 'back then' is not that old because people still do it in india and they have very healthy skin
@Valerie0321
@Valerie0321 Ай бұрын
@@shreya-b9k yeah i saw that but and it is better to heal the body from the inside first but sometimes using such things cab make the process easier and ofc her acne wouldn't do from this, it's just to calm down the skin barrier and let the food gone inside work it's magic

hi girl, i also have acne prone skin, and my skin was not in a good condition few days ago but now its better, here's some tips and maybe it can help. 1. try to minimize your skincare let your skin to breath i only use gentle cleansing foam, calming toner, acne serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen in the morning. and gentle cleansing foam, calming toner, moisturizer, acne spot cream at night. 2. focusing on one problem on your skin for example, if you have an acne that has just appeared, try to focus on curing the acne first, use product that can calming down your acne, then if the acne starts to heal, only the acne scars will remain, you can focus on curing the scars, use product like vitamin c or niacinamide to brighten up the acne scars. im not a dermatologist, I just sharing some tips that works on me. remember don't stress too much about the acne, stess can caused acne. you're beautiful ❤️ keep going ❤☺️

I may not be right for telling this but I suffer from recurring acne. Was on accutane thrice. Because it eventually came back. And it does come back. Right now, it's a little better than how it used to be. I found out the type of acne I had. I had both bacterial and fungal and treated accordingly. And my night routine is applying benzoyl peroxide(gel form) all over face and moisturize too. And during the day I used the ordinary niacinamide 10% which works wonders. Every alternate week for a month, I took antibiotics for 3 days. So yess, consistency is the key. I hope you try this. I knoww you would have tried this earlier, but do this for two months atleast to see if it works. And when you use benzoyl peroxide, it first causes more purging. Every acne of your skin would pop up and die in 3 to 4 days. Once all acne in your facee is done purging, no new ones form. Just keep using. Best wishes

Y’all I have had had cystic acne for years!!! Sudocreme is the best thing I’ve ever found and can reduce a cysts longevity. They used to stay on my face for weeks, scab and swell. The whole works but that cream is the best thing. Takes away immediate swelling and helps heal broken skin. When I feel one coming on I just put it all over my face and a healthy amount over the spot. My mum recommended it.

I searched it up for you! Its says 1. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and warm water. Avoid washing more than twice a day, as this can irritate the skin. 2. Look for products with benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or alpha hydroxy acids. You can also try a topical retinoid cream to unclog pores and reduce inflammation. 3. Avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens, and hairstyling products. Also, avoid touching or picking at acne-prone areas. 4. Protect your skin from the sun, and avoid friction or pressure from items like phones or backpacks. 5. Protect your skin from the sun, and avoid friction or pressure from items like phones or backpacks. 6. Shower as soon as possible after exercising to wash off sweat and oil. 7. Use water-based, non-comedogenic products for makeup, skincare, and suncare. 8. A dermatologist can create a treatment plan that's tailored to your needs. This is what it said to do if you do end up doing this please tag me😊!

What saved me from acne in my teenage yrs was moving to a four seasons country and Clinique products! Not sponsored. My skin couldn’t handle the heat in a tropical country. When I moved to a four seasons country and introduced my skin to Clinique it was magic! Back then social media didn’t exist and I didn’t even know what dermatologist is 😂 I decided to get Clinique bcos one day I went to the mall in the new city and the lady in the counter was so pretty and friendly assessing my skin’s issues 😄 I wish that lady knows she has made a big difference in someone’s life! 😁

from ages 13-17, I had really bad acne. it wasn’t cystic but I had a lot of pimples, pustules etc that were really painful. now I have clear skin with only a few spots now and then. what worked for me was keeping to a simple, effective korean skincare routine. I currently use an oil cleanser, toner, eye cream for my dark circles and then a moisturiser and sunscreen. what also helped was marking down when my breakouts occurred. helps in case you have an allergy you don’t know about that could be triggering breakouts

I'm sure there are lot who know about this and some probably don't know But i will say it anyway, so when applying cream on your skin, the heavy texture you feel on your skin, make sure to to know if your skin type absorbs thick texture/application or thin texture /little bit of the cream on the area you want to apply Sometimes a product works well if you apply a little amount of it on the skin Sometimes it works if you apply more So try it as another way of getting to know which way to apply and which products are suitable for your skin I hope this helps 😄 (got this advise from a dermatologist)
