Is a FULL REBUILD Inevitable for the Giants?

Let me ask a question...were they ever even finished rebuilding in the first place? To my understanding they didn't announce that the team was ready to compete for the playoffs.

Theyre in a rebuild. It started letting Mckinney, Barkley and eventually Jones go.

Yes a rebuild but at the same time, I want to say that the actual rebuild started last year with what looks like a successful draft class. This year through the draft need a very good DT (like graham) to plug the holes, a good CB like Johnson or Hunter. A second wide receive like Isiah Bond or the Arizona receiver or Ohio State receiver. Two OGs that can run block and open holes. Another pass rusher move on from Ojelari (injury prone). Get a mid round QB in draft or try to trade for Joe Milton III (5th rounder?). Sign any bridge QB that can get the team to 5-6 wins and keep rebuilding. The most important thing is show that progress is happening and put an end to the clown show.

It was not a successful draft last year, because they left out the franchise quarterback.

The owner told EVERYONE they have to get a qb, they have to win and they have no time to do so. It's going to be a dumpster fire like nothing anyone has ever seen! Mara needs to get his family out of football operations.

Its simple. Build from the 0-Line, D-Line, linebackers and corners. Get a good TE, FB and depth. Then you get your franchise QB. But since we have no control over what the Giants are going to do it's extremely frustrating, especially when you know how to build a winning team. But one thing you absolutely don't do is root for your team to lose games in order to get a higher draft pick. That's one thing that I'm extremely disappointed in by some of you so-called Giants fans. When you've sunken that low then you have given into the losing mentality and culture that you say you are sick of. But you're so blinded by your bitterness you can not see. Please to all of you who rooted for my beloved team that I was born into, The New York Football Giants. For those of you who rooted for them to lose games in order to get a higher draft pick. Please don't ever do that again. Understand that the players don't appreciate or respect that and the organization doesn't either. And most certainly the hardcore real fans.

Listen my friends. This team is the Titanic already at the bottom of the Ocean. It's a mess. The Ownership has allowed for this to happen. No one of any quality will come to coach or GM. I have come to my final conclusion letting Barkley go for DJ's money. DJ sunk the team that dog. If they would have paid Barkley the first time instead of ass hole DJ that was that the dagger. They can't afford to rebuild? This team is on life-support, which is the result of mentally incompetent owners and FO(s) poor judgement and grandiose thinking that somehow they could "win". This team has a huge problem just competing with other lottery teams, and is probably the least competitive of all of them. I would like to introduce an idea of just building instead of chasing random ideas like a cat chasing one of those laser pointers. Keeping a FO/coaching staff for one year, and then putting the kind of pressure on them that Mara just did is a clear reveal on what has been the biggest problem here. The owners are complete morons and have proven they have no idea how to build anything. Damn, the freaking stadium complex mismanagement is just another example of their incompetence. Just stay out of football decision and hire proven football people to build a football culture from the ground up. Stop Hollywooding this nightmare or the NY Giants will suffer the same fate. Probably a lot of inappropriate stuff here, but that's what happens when the dumpster is never emptied. The trash overflows onto the streets and it smells like crap.
