When i was doing about 30 mins of cardio 5 to 6 days a week getting my heart rate up to target heart rate my resting heart rate went from around 75-80 down into the 50s after a few months. Ppl are really sleeping on exercise. Strength training and cardio is so important for health.

My resting HR went from 80 down to 55-62 within one month of exercise & getting more sleep.

When I had covid my heart rate sky rocketed. It was so scary. Idk how people can deal with high heart rate as a regular part of their life.

My resting heartrate can go from 60'sh and suddenly it's raises up to 140-150. The highest it's been was at 170 and then it got really hard to breathe. Startet shaking uncontrolably too😢 very scary. I've been testet in hospital but they couldn't find anything wrong, so I'm learning to just live with it🙄👍

I was diagnosed with à mild heart anomaly as à teenager, that causes elevated resting heart rate but m'y doctor said theres nothing to worry about. Now my heart rate is high due to chronic anemia and I struggle with Iron deficiency. What I do not know is why my blood pressure so low. I mean, ridiculously... I wonder if exercise can help this but I cannot exercise much because my anemia causes chronic fatigue. Anyway I am on a whole food diet, not plantbased ( though I eat more than 50 percent plants and increase fiber intake day by day as I get used to it), but avoiding processed foods including vegan junk. Sincerely doubt that whole animal foods could have anything to do with high heart rates.

My resting heart rate is 50-60..b/ 110/60.. I'm 66 years young no meds..in great health..is that an ideal RHR ?

Ty..good health is earned... I've tried very hard ..I went 100% plant based no oil, sugar or salt 4 years ago..dropped 97 lbs..BMI 24 and I feel better at 66 then when I was obese at 245 lbs ...
