Well said lol 👏 Yes. Clock in clock out is exactly the sentiment of current 'modern' society. You are perfectly encouraged to dress with as much skin showing as possible but if you dress in a cultural way with lots of fabric, you will be outcast. What people do not understand is that throughout all time less fabric = poor. Even today, cotton is very expensive. The more expensive dresses tend to cover more.

Agreed, Brother Hamza Yusuf definitely understands the difference of cultures. The Muslims of the eastern province honor their women and that is their culture. Whereas it is the western culture to share your wives with your friends and as a result reach a infidelity rate of 68% - that's more than half of all American marriages (Journal of Social and Personal Relationships).

@AegeanKing Lol no, friend. It's apart of the sunnah. Sunnah is the way of life prescribed as normative for Muslims on the basis of the teachings and practices of Muhammad. For Muslims it's tradition and the idea of modesty. Much like how Jews grow their curls, Rastas and dreads, Buddhists monks and shaved heads, eastern orthodox priests and their beards, hats a nd robes.

He is right about the topic discussed here but half way through he said that he has not seen the wives of his friends from the east and thats their culture. but intermingling of the sexes except from within the family is not allowed and we all know that. We have no concern with somebody else's wife. if she does face her husband's friend she will HAVE To be polite and smiling and the same happend to europe where meeting friend's wives came to seduction and then to illegal relationships.
